The audio has been prepared in both Flash/HTML 5 and Windows Media format, and the Windows Media Player for PCs can be set to slow down the speed of the audio. This is one way to improve your comprehension of the listening conversation. To do this, select the following options from the menus in the software:

View >>> Enhancements >>> Play Speed Settings

This feature is not available in the RealPlayer software.
